These are the rules everyone agrees to when they rent here. They are part of your rental agreement, so please read through them.
Please Read Carefully
These rules are part of the rental agreement you sign. Breaking them can mean a warning, and for serious or repeat problems, it can mean being asked to leave without a refund. When you rent a space here, you're agreeing to follow them.
01.General Conduct
- Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, disturbing noise, or disruptive behavior.
- Vulgar language, harassment, or mistreatment of staff or other guests won't be tolerated and can mean immediate removal without a refund.
- You're responsible for everyone in your party, including family, guests, and visitors.
- The speed limit throughout the facility is 2 MPH.
02.Space & Property
- Keep your space neat, clean, and free of clutter at all times.
- No outside refrigerators, freezers, window AC units, makeshift porches or steps, or other unsightly items.
- No clotheslines, and nothing attached to trees or structures.
- Put trash in the designated dumpsters.
- No vehicle repairs, oil changes, or maintenance work on the property.
- Washing a vehicle or RV requires the $15.00 wash fee, paid online before you wash.
03.Vehicles & Equipment
- All vehicles must be currently registered, insured, and in good working condition.
- Two vehicles per space, unless management approves more.
- RVs and boats older than 10 years need management approval.
- No inoperative vehicles on the property.
04.Pets
- Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet and under control at all times.
- Pick up after your pet right away and dispose of the waste properly.
- No excessive barking or aggressive behavior. Management can require that a disruptive pet be removed.
- One pet per space, and it needs a current rabies vaccination.
05.Prohibited Items & Activities
- Firearms must follow all federal, state, and local laws. Firing any firearm, BB gun, or air rifle is strictly prohibited.
- No fireworks.
- No illegal substances or activities.
- Open fires only in designated fire rings or areas, and only with management approval.
06.Visitors & Guests
- Register your visitors through the website before they arrive.
- Visitors need to leave by 9:00 PM unless management approves otherwise.
- You're responsible for your visitors and for making sure they follow the rules.
- Day-use fees may apply for visitors.
07.Payments & Move-In
- All payments are handled online through this website.
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We keep a card on file and charge it automatically if payment isn't in by the due date.
- Late payments add a $25.00 per day fee after the 1st.
- Check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is noon. A late check-out fee of $25.00 per hour may apply.
- A $100.00 refundable security deposit is due at move-in.
